Responsibility
- Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to follow up on leads, convert prospects, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory levels using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in coordinating orders, deliveries, and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as promotions and campaigns, to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in the automotive or parts industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, or related products is a strong advantage.
