Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients in Sarawak and Sabah.
- Provide technical support and product training to distributors and end-users.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase automotive solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and commercial inquiries from distributors.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or distributor relations within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Sarawak and Sabah.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Malay is preferred.
