Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively position solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
