Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients in the APAC region, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to align client needs with company capabilities and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, present insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
- Represent Inmagine at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or business development, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or digital media industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client portfolios in the APAC region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment while collaborating across time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Passion for the creative/digital industry and a deep understanding of client needs in this space.
