Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting the perfect apparel.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including fabric, fit, and styling trends.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
