Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the precast construction sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to maximize performance and meet revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the construction or precast industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of the construction market and precast products.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
