Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Bali and across Indonesia.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and relationship-building with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders, highlighting business opportunities and growth potential.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward business development goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., sales, negotiation) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly in Bali’s tech, tourism, or creative sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
