Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for trucks, heavy equipment, and cranes.
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s construction, logistics, mining, and industrial sectors through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing profitability.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, after-sales support, and proactive service recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, case studies, and client testimonials to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in heavy machinery to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, trucks, automotive, or industrial machinery.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with high-level decision-makers.
- Technical knowledge of trucks, cranes, or heavy equipment is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
