As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the food and nutrition sector. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the food and nutrition sector.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with restaurants, hotels, health food stores, and corporate clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement, needs analysis, and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the food and nutrition industry.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, product launches, and sales campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the food, nutrition, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, including key players in hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel within Bali for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable food solutions is a strong advantage.
