Responsibility
- Identify and engage with potential industrial clients to expand the company’s market presence in Bali.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine business strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market needs and opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
