Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
