This is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our distribution network across key areas including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As a DSE, you will play a pivotal role in visiting assigned territories, identifying business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s expansion and success in Bali’s competitive marketplace.

Responsibility

  • Conduct regular field visits to assigned territories in Bali to identify and engage potential distributors and retailers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, including visit logs, orders, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotional support.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to build long-term trust and loyalty with clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, distribution, or business development, preferably in FMCG, retail, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
