Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Agroto Business’s market presence in Indonesia and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business collaborations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business strategies and achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the agricultural technology sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for Agroto Business and its clients.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward business development targets.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably in the agricultural, technology, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely/hybrid from one of our target locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
