Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term client retention for global enterprise accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts, including upselling and cross-selling Lenovo’s portfolio of hardware, software, and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client needs and Lenovo’s solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Provide quarterly business reviews and performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Represent Lenovo at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing global accounts and achieving revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at building relationships with C-level executives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
