Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for farmers, retailers, and distributors to showcase the benefits of our agricultural products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, cooperatives, and local retailers.
- Execute house-to-house detailing and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Organize and facilitate quality farmers' meetings to educate and engage the community on best agricultural practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural, FMCG, or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural practices, products, or farming communities is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali, including rural areas.
- Possess a valid driverâs license and access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Agriculture, Business, or related fields is preferred.
