Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the racket sports industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the sports, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of racket sports (tennis, badminton, squash, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
