Responsibility
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for farmers, distributors, and retail partners to showcase the benefits of our agricultural products.
- Organize and lead quality farmer meetings to educate clients on best practices, product usage, and market trends.
- Perform house-to-house detailing to build relationships with potential customers and address their specific needs.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales materials and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the agricultural, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products, farming techniques, or rural markets is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motorbike or car for field visits.
