Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Yili's market presence in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, distributors, and retail channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
- Represent Yili at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
