Responsibility
- Drive company van to deliver dairy products to assigned retail outlets and customers in Bali.
- Conduct sales activities, including promoting products, securing orders, and maintaining client relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products while adhering to safety and traffic regulations.
- Maintain van cleanliness, perform basic vehicle checks, and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle cash transactions, collect payments, and provide receipts as required.
- Monitor stock levels in the van and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.
- Assist in loading and unloading products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, delivery, or a similar role (preferably in FMCG or dairy industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and retailers.
- Basic numerical literacy for handling cash transactions and sales records.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry dairy products (up to 20-25 kg).
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads and traffic conditions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
