Responsibility

  • Drive a company van to deliver and distribute FMCG and tobacco products to assigned retail outlets and clients in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth.
  • Plan and optimize daily sales routes to ensure efficient coverage of assigned territories.
  • Monitor stock levels at client locations and ensure timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of all transactions and deliveries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Report daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights to the sales management team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws governing product distribution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales, field sales, or outdoor sales, preferably in the FMCG or tobacco industry.
  • Valid driver’s license (B1 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of sales tracking tools or CRM software is a plus.
  • Physically fit to handle product loading, unloading, and long hours of fieldwork.
