Responsibility

  • Promote Allo Bank’s PayLater services to potential customers in Bali through various channels, including in-person visits, calls, and digital platforms.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of PayLater solutions, ensuring they understand the terms, conditions, and repayment options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into active PayLater users.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to increase awareness and adoption of PayLater services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products, particularly PayLater services, or a willingness to learn.
