Responsibility
- Promote Allo Bank’s PayLater services to potential customers in Bali through various channels, including in-person visits, calls, and digital platforms.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of PayLater solutions, ensuring they understand the terms, conditions, and repayment options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into active PayLater users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to increase awareness and adoption of PayLater services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital banking products, particularly PayLater services, or a willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Residents of Bali or willingness to relocate are highly preferred.
