Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of existing Google Workspace customers, ensuring high renewal rates and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within current accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, technical support, and marketing
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling business cases for Workspace solutions
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM systems
- Stay current with Google Workspace features, competitive landscape, and industry trends
- Participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with enterprise customers
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- Passion for technology and understanding of cloud-based productivity solutions
