Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
