Responsibility

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new partners to expand Odoo’s ecosystem in Bali and beyond.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with Odoo’s goals.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs to empower partners with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Collaborate with partners to create and execute growth strategies tailored to their markets and capabilities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Odoo’s sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions and finalize agreements with potential and existing partners to formalize collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in partner management, business development, or sales within the SaaS or tech industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with a focus on mutual growth.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Training & Presentation Skills: Experience in creating and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations.
  • Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, growth, or partnership targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, partner portals, and collaboration tools (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
