Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable GAC Motor EV models.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of electric vehicles.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor products, and government incentives for electric vehicles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct test drives.
- Basic understanding of EV technology and charging infrastructure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
