Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the green technology sector
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in sustainable solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to management
- Represent SLP Green Tech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Bali and across the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of sales metrics and ability to analyze market data to inform strategy
