Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential livestreamers and content creators to the platform.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with influencers, agencies, and brands to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with talent and partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling campaigns and features that attract and retain users.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to optimize business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to partnered talent to maximize their success on the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the digital or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the livestreaming and social media landscape, including trends and key players.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
