Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
