Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed membership and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Bali market and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes while fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
- Represent the brand at local events, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
