Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed membership and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Bali market and beyond.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching and feedback to enhance productivity and skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
