Responsibility
- Drive field sales and merchant acquisition for cashless payment solutions, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
- Onboard new merchants, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to expand our fintech ecosystem.
- Provide operational support to existing merchants, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth payment processing.
- Deliver training sessions to merchants and end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, customer support) to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant feedback, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Represent CPro Solutions at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant onboarding within fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of cashless payment systems, e-wallets, or POS solutions (e.g., QRIS, OVO, GoPay, Doku).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in Bali’s fintech or digital payments market is a strong advantage.
