Responsibility
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential partners, including software integrators, consultants, and resellers, who can benefit from Odoo’s partnership program.
- Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (cold emails, LinkedIn, events) to initiate conversations with high-value prospects.
- Partnership Onboarding: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Odoo’s tools, resources, and support systems.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, addressing their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Odoo’s sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key metrics, such as partner acquisition rates, revenue generated, and partner satisfaction.
- Event Participation: Represent Odoo at industry conferences, webinars, and local meetups to promote the partnership program.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the SaaS or ERP industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and negotiate effectively.
- Networking Aptitude: Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of ERP, business software, or IT consulting markets is a plus.
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in multicultural environments, with sensitivity to regional business practices.
- Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a quota-based role.
