Responsibility

  • Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential partners, including software integrators, consultants, and resellers, who can benefit from Odoo’s partnership program.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (cold emails, LinkedIn, events) to initiate conversations with high-value prospects.
  • Partnership Onboarding: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand Odoo’s tools, resources, and support systems.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, addressing their needs and providing ongoing support.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborative Growth: Work closely with Odoo’s sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on key metrics, such as partner acquisition rates, revenue generated, and partner satisfaction.
  • Event Participation: Represent Odoo at industry conferences, webinars, and local meetups to promote the partnership program.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the SaaS or ERP industry.
