Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the MICE and corporate segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent Pan Pacific Hotels Group at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality sales, with a focus on MICE or corporate segments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market dynamics in Bali.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
