Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Represent Chemworld Marketing Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics in Indonesia, with existing networks in Bali being a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
