Responsibility
- Manage and renew a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure high retention rates and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client’s business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and customer support) to align on client deliverables and OKRs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, presentations, and business reviews to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and proactively to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and renewing high-value contracts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to drive account strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
