Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of high-value SaaS customer accounts, ensuring timely contract renewals and minimizing churn.
- Develop and execute strategic renewal plans tailored to each client’s needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to streamline the renewal process and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Analyze customer usage data and feedback to proactively address concerns and improve retention rates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling renewal proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of renewal activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position Concentrix’s SaaS solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding renewal and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
