Responsibility

  • Identify and target potential clients in the freight and logistics industry to expand the company’s market share in Bali and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized freight solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure smooth execution of logistics services and address any client concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the freight or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding, supply chain management, and international logistics regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is an advantage.
