Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate loan leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine clients' eligibility and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and financial advice.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements and customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, bank policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Represent EastWest Rural Bank at community events and financial literacy programs to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Basic understanding of financial products, loan processes, and credit assessment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or loan management software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings (preferred).
