Responsibility

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Track sales performance metrics and report on KPIs to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work under pressure.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
