Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on KPIs to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).

- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
