Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical presentations to showcase the benefits of Smith & Nephew’s medical devices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and product launches in the Bali region.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve post-sales issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product specifications, and clinical best practices to deliver expert advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A degree in Medicine or Nursing is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with orthopedic, wound care, or sports medicine products is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
