Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for The Zenith Hotel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners, to drive hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and campaigns that attract guests and boost bookings.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Baliās hospitality sector.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients while ensuring alignment with the hotelās financial and operational goals.
- Represent The Zenith Hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role (luxury hotels or resorts preferred).
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales strategies, including corporate, leisure, and group bookings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to building and maintaining client relationships.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of Baliās tourism and luxury market.
