Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with key stakeholders to drive profitability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
