Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s footprint in Bali and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Negotiate and close high-impact deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to execute growth initiatives.
- Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and reports to senior management and potential partners.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including sales targets, partnership success, and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of closing deals, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with the storage, logistics, or supply chain industry is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
