Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions in Bali to promote Menariniās pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and scientific discussions to educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic benefits and usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to organize medical events, symposia, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all interactions.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer needs to management.
- Stay updated on new product launches, clinical data, and industry advancements to deliver accurate and compelling messaging.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Baliās healthcare landscape and existing professional networks is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
