Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets for healthcare products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients on the benefits and applications of BioEssence’s healthcare solutions, leveraging your nursing background.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; valid nursing license is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to explain complex medical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
