Responsibility

  • Process and manage customer orders for promotional products with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with US-based clients to clarify order details, specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, design) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders, payments, and shipments in CRM systems.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
