Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive bancassurance sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting insurance products through banking channels.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management for performance tracking.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of insurance products and bancassurance operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
