Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Allo Bank’s PayLater solutions to businesses and individual clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, retailers, and corporate partners to drive adoption of digital payment services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of PayLater solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and converting high-potential leads.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to organize promotional campaigns, workshops, and events to increase brand visibility.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to refine sales approaches and improve product offerings.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments and fintech.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems, e-wallets, or banking products is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
