Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve district-wide revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to drive product adoption.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and training programs for sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including product portfolios, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district and work flexible hours as needed.
