Responsibility

  • Assist in tracking and updating XSP sales opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and identify trends to support data-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline progression, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasts.
  • Support the development of sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, case studies) tailored to partner needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in cloud services, software licensing, and channel partnerships.
  • Assist in coordinating partner onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of SoftwareONE solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions to contribute fresh perspectives on improving sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
  • Basic understanding of software licensing, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or IT channel sales is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and sales, with a desire to build a career in the IT/software industry.
