Responsibility
- Assist in tracking and updating XSP sales opportunities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and identify trends to support data-driven sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing partner accounts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline progression, win/loss analysis, and revenue forecasts.
- Support the development of sales enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, case studies) tailored to partner needs.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in cloud services, software licensing, and channel partnerships.
- Assist in coordinating partner onboarding and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of SoftwareONE solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions to contribute fresh perspectives on improving sales processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of software licensing, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or IT channel sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
