Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with unloading luggage from vehicles.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas with maximum care and efficiency.
- Maintain a log of all vehicles parked and ensure keys are secured at all times.
- Provide guests with information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local points of interest.
- Monitor the hotel driveway to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility for all arrivals.
- Address guest requests or concerns immediately with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Assist the front office and concierge teams during peak arrival and departure periods.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven track record of maintaining a well-groomed, professional, and neat personal appearance.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient even during high-traffic periods.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity regarding guest property.
- High school diploma or equivalent hospitality certification.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
